Educational Affiliate Scheme

Our Educational Affiliate scheme supports Universities and Further Education establishments to deliver high quality nuclear education courses to future nuclear professionals, as well as encourage young people towards future nuclear professional status.

Benefits of becoming an Educational Affiliate (EA) include: 

Students and Apprentices

• Free NI Affiliate membership for students and apprentices on taught nuclear-related courses
• Support student and apprentice journeys to professional recognition, as both a registered Nuclear Professional and a registered engineer, scientist or environmentalist, as applicable
• Free bi-monthly e-copy of the Nuclear Future magazine
• Access to unrivalled opportunities to learn about the nuclear sector and develop professional networks, including membership of the Young Generation Network (YGN)

We aim to develop long-term relationships with key university staff and departments engaged with the nuclear sector. Additionally, we will maintain regular contact with your nominated lead for the scheme.
