Engineers at AtkinsRéalis are at the heart of delivering transformative projects in the UK nuclear industry, reducing carbon emissions whilst achieving future energy security. Your work will span across areas including new nuclear power station design, developing fusion technologies, or implementing new nuclear waste management processes.

About the Opportunity:

  • BEng/MEng in Chemical Engineering, working towards Chartership.
  • Experience in the nuclear industry would be ideal but we welcome the learning you can bring from other industries too.

Our Power New Build covers a wide array of clients and projects in the UK and internationally. We deliver services and projects that range from new nuclear power station design, developing fusion technologies, to implementing new nuclear waste management processes. We provide consultancy and design services across all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept design through to site-based commissioning. There is innovation at all stages to improve solutions and provide an optimum service.

Additional Information:

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.  If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
