Nuclear Safety Culture

Nuclear Professionalism is about what you do when no one is looking. It is about the culture – attitudes and behaviours, and the techniques employed to ensure a rigorous approach is followed, the scope for latent errors minimised and that the work we do is fit for purpose. The Nuclear Professionalism Champions network is a large group of individuals from Edvance UK, France and Germany who champion the cause amongst staff and their own teams within Edvance.

In this session, we will present what it is the network does, the importance of nuclear professionalism and the benefits nuclear professionalism can bring.
