London and South East Branch: AGM and Winter Social
Annual General Meeting: 16:00-17:30
The AGM is a hybrid event with the aim of gathering feedback from community members and working collaboratively to define the direction that the Committee will take in 2025 and beyond.
An agenda will be forwarded to all attendees prior to the meeting; but will include an interactive session, Q&A from the committee and a keynote speaker about a topic relating specifically to nuclear in the L&SE region.
In person attendees should make their own travel arrangements and arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start, to allow for registration.
Accessibility: The meeting is on the 5th Floor; the building has an accessible reception and a lift.
Online members will be sent the appropriate Microsoft Teams link prior to the commencement of the meeting.
Winter Social: 17:30-late
Following the 2024 AGM; a Winter Social will be held nearby in the Covent Garden area. This event is not exclusively for those who attended the AGM and is open to all. The event will be free and will have several fun networking activities and games. We are actively looking in to providing food and/or drinks tokens, however, this aspect is yet to be determined.
Attendees should make their own travel arrangements and can come and go from the event as they please.
