Inspiring the next generation into nuclear

The Nuclear Institute, as the professional membership body for nuclear is committed to promoting understanding of nuclear science and engineering. We are involved in many activities throughout the year, through our branches and networks, and collaborative partnerships. 

We provide educational resources, including those from the charitable enterprise developed by young nuclear graduates to "spread the word" about nuclear careers and inspire the next generation. Please see the dedicated Critical Paths website here or the PDF toolkit.
Each year our enthusiastic teams from the Nuclear Institute and other organisations in the industry take part in careers and skills events across the UK, such as the Big Bang Science and Engineering Fair.
We support STEM engagement and Ambassadors through our Young Generation Network, Women in Nuclear (WiNUK) and branch network.
