This is an immersive virtual tour of ITER, a world leading nuclear fusion experimental reactor, located in southern France. This guided experience offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the cutting-edge science and engineering driving the desire for clean energy.

This aims to:
- To introduce attendees to the principles of nuclear fusion and how ITER is designed.
- To explore the engineering challenges and innovations behind ITER’s construction.
- To highlight the global collaboration involved in this international nuclear project.

Leaning outcomes include:
- Understanding the basic science of fusion and how it differs from fission.
- Recognising the key components of the ITER Tokamak.
- Appreciating the scale and complexity of the ITER project.

This tour is aimed at the Nuclear Institute Young Generation Network members. 

The tour will be virtual via a Teams link which will be sent to registered attendees ahead of the date.
