The Intro to Next Generation Skills & Communication is a new YGN course aimed to give delegates an overview on soft-skills and how to best use them in a professional environment.
This year, it will be focused on leadership and communication skills.
The event will include a workshop run by leadership/coaching experts, where delegates will have the chance to put theoretical learning into practice, as well as engage in discussion forums with leaders across the nuclear and energy sectors.
