We wish to extend our most sincere thanks and best wishes for the future to our departing Head of Operations, Anna Wright, who departed for a new position this month.
In a farewell message to the Institute’s members, Anna wrote:
“I have enjoyed my time working at the NI immensely and look forward to hearing of its successes in future. The team have been working hard on improving the back end systems and processes to ensure a better service to our members now and in the future as we look to grow our membership. I hope you will take the opportunity to have your say via the online Member Benefit survey. I’d also like to thank all the volunteers I have worked with, from the Trustees, Branches, Assessors and anyone that takes the time to support the NI.”
Anna has been at the forefront of a number of important developments in modernising the operations of the Institute since her arrival in early 2014, leading several important projects designed to improve the NI IT systems and membership processes which will be completed in Autumn 2015. Her valued contribution will be sorely missed.
A process of recruitment for a new role of NI Office Manager has now begun. For more details click here...
