How it works:
- Each mentee spends 5 minutes discussing a chosen topic which each mentor in turn (breaks included)
- The mentors are a selection of well respected, senior individuals from across the industry
- A fantastic opportunity for mentees to tap in to their mentors wealth of experience
The key aims of the event are to:
- Create an opportunity for women in the industry to network
- Allow the opportunity for women to discuss career paths and progression
- Encourage discussion on nuclear industry-specific gender issues
